About the Client

BG Moler is a Belgrade-based painting and decorating team. Their work covers painting apartments, houses and commercial spaces, skim coating walls and ceilings, crack repair and drywall work. They also paint doors, windows and radiators and offer a wide range of decorative wall techniques. The team works across Belgrade and the surrounding area, and they have built their name on quality, precision, meeting deadlines and leaving every space clean after the job.

Like most tradespeople in Belgrade, BG Moler got much of their work through referrals. Referrals are valuable, but they can’t guarantee a steady flow of new enquiries on their own. The client wanted a website that would present the business professionally and show services and prices clearly. Above all, it needed to bring in new customers through Google search.

The Challenge

Painting services in Belgrade are a highly competitive market. Searches like “moler Beograd” (painter Belgrade), “krečenje stanova Beograd” (apartment painting Belgrade) or “gletovanje cena” (skim coating price) show ads on the first page. Classified portals, tradesman directories and dozens of painting companies compete there too. A new website with one or two pages has almost no chance of standing out.

The second challenge was how people actually search for a painter. Users rarely type just “painter”. More often they’re looking for a specific answer. How much does it cost to paint a 60 m² apartment? What’s the price per square meter without materials? Who does Venetian plaster or travertino finishes? Is there a painter in New Belgrade? Each of those searches is a potential customer, and the website needed the right answer for every one of them.

The third challenge was user experience. People looking for a painter usually search on their phone, often while standing in the very room they want painted. They want to see a price quickly, feel they can trust the company, and call right away. Every extra click or slow page load means a lost enquiry.

The Solution

A Site Structure Built Around Search

Before starting the design, we analyzed how potential customers search for painting services in Belgrade. Based on that, we built a site structure that covers every important group of searches instead of relying on one general services page.

The site now has a dedicated page for each core service. These cover skim coating and wall preparation, wall and ceiling painting, primer application, crack repair, wallpaper removal, floor and furniture protection, door painting and radiator painting. Each page explains the service in detail, walks through the process and covers the factors that affect the price.

Decorative techniques form a separate section of the site. Each technique has its own page, including Sahara, Travertino, Ottocento, Mramorino, Velvet, Vintage, Spatulato and Madreperlato. People searching for these finishes usually know exactly what they want and are ready to pay for a premium service, and this section is built for them.

Pricing Guides

Price is the first question every customer asks, so we gave it its own section of the site. Alongside a clear price list with starting prices for each service, we created a series of guides that answer the most common searches. They cover the cost of painting per square meter, the price without materials and the combined cost of skim coating and painting. They also cover the cost of painting 30, 60 and 70 m² apartments.

These guides do two jobs. They give visitors an honest, useful answer before they call, so the calls that come in are from people who already understand the rough cost. At the same time, each page targets a specific search query, which gives the site many more entry points from Google. We also added local pages, such as one for a painter in New Belgrade, to capture searches tied to individual Belgrade districts.

Design That Builds Trust

Trust is everything in this business. Customers are letting tradespeople into their homes, and they need to know the job will be done right. That’s why we designed the homepage to build trust step by step as the visitor scrolls.

The key benefits are front and center at the top: free estimates, quality guarantee, fast turnaround and a clean finish. Next comes a section about the team and its experience, followed by a services overview with starting prices and the reasons to choose BG Moler. The page then shows a transparent price table and a simple four-step process. Below that are reviews from clients across different parts of Belgrade and a detailed FAQ section. Each section answers one doubt a potential customer has before picking up the phone.

The visual identity is clean and professional, and it uses photos of real work instead of generic stock images. Navigation is organized into clear dropdown menus, so users can reach any service, technique or pricing guide in two clicks.

Focused on Calls and Enquiries

The goal of the site is simple: get the visitor to call or send a message. The phone number is visible on every page, and on mobile users can call or open a WhatsApp chat with a single tap. Call and quote-request buttons sit at natural decision points throughout the site, after every section where a visitor might be ready to act.

The contact page has everything a customer needs: phone, WhatsApp, email, service area and working hours. A contact form lets people who’d rather not call send an enquiry easily.

Technical Optimization and Speed

The site is built to be lightweight and fast, with no unnecessary add-ons slowing it down. All images are in WebP format, and every page was designed mobile-first from the start. Each page has a carefully written title and meta description, a canonical URL and Open Graph tags, so it looks good both in search results and when shared on social media or messaging apps. URLs are short, readable and contain Serbian-language keywords.

Native Serbian Content

All content is written in Serbian, in the natural language people actually use when they speak and search. We avoided filler and template copy. Every page instead explains a specific service, process, material and price, and answers the questions customers really ask tradespeople. The homepage FAQ covers everything from pricing and project duration to guarantees, materials, weekend work and invoicing.

The Result

BG Moler now has a complete, professional website with more than thirty pages covering services, decorative techniques, pricing and local searches. The site presents the team clearly and builds trust with new customers. It takes visitors to a phone call within seconds, whether they arrive on mobile or desktop.

Most importantly, the site is set up as a foundation for long-term growth. Its structure makes it easy to add new pages for services, techniques or districts. Ongoing content and SEO work will keep BG Moler growing steadily in Google search for the key terms in their field.
